Tam has been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida since 1999 (MH#5327) and a Clinical Hypnotist since 2000. For over 20 years, she has been providing dynamic training, clinical and supervisory services to programs at both the local and national levels. Tam has a reputation for compassion and integrity; and has spent most of her career providing direct care and service to individuals and families impacted by abuse, neglect, poverty or natural disaster.
A true believer in the resiliency and self organizing capacity of the human spirit, Tam has been studying philosophy, culture, religion, psychology, sociology and hypnosis since childhood.

State Licensure as a health care practitioner in Mental Health requires a minimum of 15 hours of State Approved Continuing Education Credits, per year, to maintain. That is a lot of training to list after so many years in practice, and Tam always sought more than the minimum. Ultimately, classroom hours are only a guide to the real training that comes from working in the field with people everyday.
